After an incident with a friend yesterday, I realised that there is no one but myself that can take care of myself.

Need to set goals:

1. Pass CFA
2. Weigh 50 KG
3. Save $1836
4. Get job in finance industry
5. Master EQ

6.00 - 9.00 Study book 1,2 (slack) and book 3
9.00 - 12.00 Work
12.00 - 5.00 Study /Work
5.00 - 7.00 Jog 20 rounds
7.00 - 8.00 Bath/test
8.00 - late Study

I may not do 5 habits today

I'm in a mess today. Loads of work. Just got home.

Did 2 habits for now: Will work on the other 3 later.

1. Drink Juice (did it at 12.30 a.m.)
2. Apply 1 more job

Think I am likely to complete the following:
1. Clear wardrobe
2. Update Unifem work
3. Finish book 1 of CFA

Running on a caffeine high now.

OK.
I cleared wardrobe and took a look at the Unifem work (doesn't count as finishing)

So..for 8 Nov, I will need to make up for the 1.5 habit not done.

Things I am likely to complete:
1. Finish book 1 of CFA
2. Workout
3. Do IPOS survey update
4. Apply to MTI-BF
5. Clear mess at personal lappy
6. Buy Tea
6.5 Update Unifem

I'm starting this post because I think it's time to better my life.

From this day forward, I will discipline myself to complete at least 5 of the 10 things i set out to do each day. At the end of the day, I will come here and post what I have done. Only by building good habits can I improve my current situation. I want to be healthy, have a good career and a sharp mind.

Things I did today:
1. Reassembled my Mp3
2. Personal Grooming (tidied my eyebrows and bathed properly
3. Workout
4. Pay bills
5. Take trash out from my room
