btw...my target is to lose 20 kg
lost 1 kg today
Weighed 66kg in the morning, became 65 by night time
Took a long long walk from my home to the beach. Felt really good.
Tomorrow's gonna be the start of my regular training.
Think I still ate too much today.
Ate the following:
1. a big steak and vegetables
2. a bowl of muesli with yogurt
3. a bowl of cereal with milk
4. a bottle of orange juice
5. lots of tea
6. a bowl of fish soup
7. 3 apples
8. 2 cups of jelly
Yup too much...
Need to cut down..
Here's tomorrow's plan
1. gym
2. play table tennis with dad
3. eat healthy lunch
4. don't eat carbs
Let's see if i can drop another kilo tomorrow
