I'm fat and I don't know how fat
Really need to lose weight, and it's gonna need drastic measures
Tomorrow's task:
1. Go for the10km jog
2. Buy a scale to find out how fat i am
3. No carbs tomorrow.
And I'm gonna record everything down here tonight
